In celebration of Women’s History Month, we gathered for “The Journey of Success as Paved by Trailblazers VI” to talk candidly about career paths, obstacles, and the power of mentorship in the legal profession. Inaugural Attorney of the Week Event
On March 6th, we celebrated excellence in our legal community with the inaugural Attorney of the Week event hosted at K&L Gates’ NYC offices. The evening brought together attorneys dedicated to networking, professional growth, and mentorship. Through engaging conversations, attendees strengthened existing connections while building new ones, reinforcing the power of community within the legal profession.

Virtual Leadership Training Series Part I – The Art & Strategy of Powerful Networking
Beyond the Bar Foundation along with Anjli Garg, Esq., PCC, CPC of Your Coach to Soar hosted Part 1 of our joint Leadership Training Series, “The Art & Strategy of Powerful Networking.” We brought together an incredible group of emerging and established professionals to explore how to navigate conversations with ease, build authentic relationships, and inspire others to self-advocate. Beyond the Bar Foundation partnered with SAWAN, South Asian Bar Association (SABA) of North America, South Asian Bar Association of Michigan (SABA Michigan), and Saba Florida to present “Managing Mental Health in 2026” in honor of Mental Health Month. Jyothsna S. Bhat, PsyD, Tara M. Raghavan, Priya Bathija, and Harita Raja, MD, discussed how to navigate today’s evolving mental health landscape—with practical strategies you can use right now. This virtual conversation brought together individuals seeking tools to better support their own mental well-being and their communities.

Health Awareness Series Part II – “Perimenopause is More Than Hot Flashes: The Metabolic and Cardiac Shifts No One Talks About”
Beyond the Bar Foundation had the pleasure of hosting Part II of our Health Awareness Series: “Perimenopause is More Than Hot Flashes: The Metabolic and Cardiac Shifts No One Talks About.” Dr. Rachna Relwani shared her expertise on the often-overlooked metabolic, cardiovascular, and cognitive changes that can occur during perimenopause. Her thoughtful discussion emphasized the importance of proactive, individualized care and empowered attendees with practical knowledge to better advocate for their health.


Beyond the Bar Foundation had the privilege of hosting Part I of a health awareness series titled “What Your Labs Miss: A Smarter Approach to Cardiometabolic Risk in Midlife,” with DesiDil. The conversation explored how cardiovascular and metabolic risk can emerge long before traditional screening flags a problem. Dr. Rachna Relwani explained why standard labs often miss early warning signs, who may need advanced testing, and practical steps to take in midlife to better advocate for heart and metabolic health.
