Please meet Attorney of the Week, Dilveer Vahali, Head of Venture Legal at CoinFund where he focuses his practice on legal deal strategy and execution in the venture capital space for blockchain and crypto companies. Dilveer is a former partner of Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he focused on private equity mergers and acquisitions and now brings a decade of experience advising on M&A, venture capital investments and other transactional law matters. Prior to his current role, he was the General Manager and Lead Counsel at TCG Crypto where he acted as the general counsel and COO of the fund leading deal execution, strategy, and operations. Notably, Dilveer is currently a Lecturer in Law at the USC Gould School of Law. Furthermore, he has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a ‘Rising Star’ each year consecutively from 2018 to 2021.
