Please meet Attorney of the Week, Dana Pierre-Louis, who is a Lean Six Sigma certified leader with experience and expertise in securities, corporate governance, finance, and technology in highly regulated industries at both domestic and multi-national companies. Recently, she joined Oracle Corporation as Managing Counsel – Securities, Governance, and Acquisitions.
Previously, she served as Deputy General Counsel – Corporate at Norfolk Southern Corporation, where she was responsible for securities disclosures, executive compensation, annual proxy statement, and corporate governance. Prior to that, she served as Assistant General Counsel at TriMas Corporation, where she had oversight of the Office of the Corporate Secretary and all governance, executive compensation, and securities matters, as well as issues relating to global privacy, global ethics, and compliance.
Before TriMas, she served as Expert Attorney at DTE Energy Company, advising the Board and executives on matters related to corporate governance, SEC disclosures, and capital markets and syndicated bank financing. Dana has a passion for helping others achieve their full potential and serves as coach and consultant to executives and senior leaders as Founder of True Grit Consulting
