Asina’s path has been one of dedication and resilience. As a single mother, she earned her B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington and her J.D. from Howard University School of Law, navigating undergrad and law school while raising her daughter. Drawing on her experiences as a Black and Asian woman, she values inclusive leadership and diverse perspectives. Outside of her legal career, Asina volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with Dallas CASA, advocating for children in foster care.
Further, she co-chairs the Culture Club at Annexon, fostering connection and belonging across the company.
